Tuna Upside Down Bake

"A nutritious combination of 7 green and yellow vegetables, flaked tuna, grated milk cheese, and biscuit mix." I'm sure it tastes as good as it looks!

"A nutritious combination of 7 green and yellow vegetables (that pretty nearly all taste the same, from cans), flaked tuna (from another can, dripping with the oil it's packed in), grated milk cheese (a.k.a. dried cheese powder in a cardboard tube), and biscuit mix (more once-real foodstuffs in preserved, powdered form that chalk up just great when you add liquid)." Yup, I was raised on stuff like this. And see how great I turned out?! C'mon now, that spit-take was NOT necessary. Or nice.

Kate, good eye, it is indeed VEG-ALL! And I'm certain the veggies are just as flavorful as manxlass remembers. And Lisa...just remember, you asked for it!
